You can integrate any documents into COLLWEB. If you have already recorded your objects digitally (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Word), you can integrate them into COLLWEB for further editing.
Publish objects from your collection that you would like to sell or loan to exhibitions- you can choose to be anonymous at any time. If someone is interested in your collection pieces, contact can be easily established between you and the person interested.
COLLWEB offers comprehensive statistics and monitoring tools. This means that you always have your collection under control.
If an item has been sold, it can be transferred to the new buyer inside COLLWEB, including all important documentation. Then a digital provenance document is automatically created.
